 Our Kids Martial Arts classes offer a dynamic mix of classes that help students take on skills like bully prevention, incredible athleticism, and confidence in everything they do. We work with students of all experience levels. 

 Our Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes offer full-gi, no-gi, and women's only Jiu-Jitsu classes for all skill sets. We're helping men and women across Hardyston and Stockholm stay active and have a blast from day one. 

 Our Mixed Martial Arts classes are helping men and women across Hardyston and Stockholm learn effective self-defense skills for both the real-world and sport-style settings. We train people of all ages and experience levels. 

 Our Fitness Kickboxing classes combine the best aspects of Striking and Strength and Fitness.  We help people of all levels build effective self-defense skills and take on total-body fitness training.  

Our Muay Thai instructor  Billy has been a life long martial artist and athlete. With a lengthy background in wrestling K-12, Billy has transitioned to Muay Thai, and Jiu Jitsu shortly after high school, and now competes in Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA.
